Description
New Leaf Energy is hiring an Interconnection Project Manager (DG) to lead utility interconnection activities across the development lifecycle. The role coordinates with Engineering, Project Finance, Accounting, and Operations; manages utility communications, due diligence, applications, impact studies, agreements, disputes, cash-flow forecasting, and third-party consultants; and serves as a subject-matter expert on utility behavior and tariffs. The position is open to internal applicants and may be filled from Lowell, Boston, Chicago, Oakland, or Troy, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring office attendance at least two of every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. A bachelor’s degree is required, and 4+ years of relevant experience is desired, with energy and direct electric utility experience preferred. The Chicago location has a base salary range of $112,970-$131,290 plus an on-target annual cash bonus of 20% of base salary.
