Description
NCC is hiring a cross-disciplinary technical package contract manager for its Lodshusene commercial development in Copenhagen’s North Harbour. The role leads coordination and delivery of technical installations across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, refrigeration, BMS, sprinkler, fire, and security systems; supports package contract managers and other technical personnel; and manages contracts, finances, risks, schedules, interfaces, testing, commissioning, and handover. The position requires strong experience with complex technical package contracts, cross-disciplinary coordination, financial and contractual oversight, leadership, and high-level Danish communication.
