Micron is seeking an HBM Interface Architect to own and deliver high-bandwidth memory interface blocks and subsystems from architecture through silicon bring-up and post-silicon debug. The role covers HBM PHY, controller-to-PHY, die-to-die, clocking, training, calibration, power management, error handling, and test requirements; leads architecture and design of analog, mixed-signal, and digital interface functions; coordinates multidisciplinary teams across architecture, design, verification, packaging, and product engineering; and guides next-generation HBM, CPO, chiplet, and heterogeneous-integration architectures. The position requires 18+ years of relevant semiconductor design experience, a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related engineering field, and strong technical project leadership.
