Turner & Townsend is hiring an Interface Manager to serve as the Project Management Consultant’s senior integration authority for a complex, cross-border Indonesia–Singapore energy project involving Solar PV, BESS, transmission, substations, subsea cables, marine construction, utilities, regulators, and multiple international contractors and suppliers. The role establishes and governs the project-wide Interface Management Program, maintains the Master Interface Register, coordinates technical, contractual, commercial, regulatory, and operational interfaces, resolves integration issues, and reports interface performance to the Project Owner and PMC leadership. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline, at least 15 years of major infrastructure, energy, or industrial project delivery experience, and at least 8 years in interface, integration, project, or major-package management roles.
