Description
The role designs, develops, tests, documents, and deploys laboratory interfaces, including HL7 and JSON integrations and SFTP connectivity. It also supports third-party vendors, investigates interface errors, audits integrations, responds to laboratory-partner support requests, and provides interface training. The position requires 1–2 years of relevant interface experience, HL7 experience or certification, laboratory operations knowledge, SFTP experience, ticketing-system experience, Jira and Confluence experience, advanced English, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
