Aspire Public Schools is hiring a College Academic Counselor to oversee academic counseling services across assigned secondary schools. The role delivers college, career, and academic advising; supports post-secondary pathways, dual-enrollment, credit recovery, graduation planning, and student interventions; coordinates with educators, SEL counselors, and site leadership; develops individual and school-wide programs; and interprets student data. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, a School Counseling credential, relevant experience, and the ability to work at least 196 days per year. Compensation is $73,653 to $103,371, with benefits including core health coverage, paid time off, retirement participation, tuition reimbursement, and adoption assistance.
