Mutual Housing Management is hiring an Interim Compliance Manager in Sacramento, California for a full-time, exempt, hybrid assignment to oversee affordable housing compliance operations across its portfolio. The role focuses on LIHTC, HUD, USDA-RD, HOME, BOND and other program compliance, supervising staff, managing audits and inspections, maintaining policies and reports, serving as Yardi Administrator for affordable housing modules, and acting as Section 504 Coordinator. Candidates need at least 5+ years of affordable housing regulatory compliance experience, strong Fair Housing knowledge, Yardi Affordable Housing experience, and preferred certifications such as HCCP, SHCM, or COS.
