Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with a venture-backed startup to hire an experienced Interim Controller for a 3+ month contract in the Boston, Massachusetts area. The role leads accounting operations and the monthly close, oversees financial reporting, improves controls and processes, supports cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, and scalable accounting infrastructure, and partners with founders and executive leadership. The position offers a hybrid schedule of three onsite days and two remote days, with compensation of $80-$100 per hour.
