Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Interim Controller to provide hands-on accounting and finance leadership for a multi-entity organization in Washington, DC. The role covers general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, month-end close, cash flow, audits, internal controls, compliance, reporting tools, financial systems, and executive financial strategy, while also managing and mentoring accounting, finance, and purchasing teams. It is a hybrid position requiring two days per week, lasting at least four months with potential conversion to full-time, and pays $75–$80 per hour.
