Description
The Controller will oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting, manage month-end and year-end close processes, review financial statements, ensure GAAP and internal-control compliance, lead cash flow management and financial analysis, support audit preparation and external reporting, identify process improvements, and provide leadership and mentorship to accounting staff. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least eight years of progressive accounting experience, prior controller or accounting leadership experience, strong GAAP and financial-reporting knowledge, ERP experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to assess and improve accounting processes.
