Description
The Controller leads monthly close and financial reporting across multiple entities, oversees general ledger, cash operations, audits, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance, and partners with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting. The role also manages accounting technology, drives automation and process improvements, and supports scalability. It requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Controller or Assistant Controller experience, SaaS or technology industry experience, ASC 606 and US GAAP knowledge, private equity and lender covenant experience, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
