Description
The Dean of Student Supports supports the school principal in building a respectful, college-preparatory culture by managing student discipline, conflict resolution, safety, extracurricular activities, parent and community relationships, and staff development. The role supervises direct reports, coordinates with administrative and academic teams, and may lead instructional and process-improvement projects. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of full-time teaching experience in underserved communities, and offers preferred experience in teaching or administration.
