Description
Jurek is seeking an experienced interim unit manager to lead library operations for Ale Municipality during a transition period while a permanent manager is being recruited. The consultant will manage four libraries in Surte, Nödinge, Älvängen, and Skepplanda, coordinate staffing and scheduling, establish operational procedures, develop teams, resolve conflicts, and represent the municipality in library-management networks. The assignment is full-time, expected to start on October 5, 2026, and last approximately four months.
