AVIR Health Group is hiring an Interim Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) to oversee a long-term care facility, manage resources, and promote each resident’s highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The administrator will build and lead a high-performing team and culture and should have a relevant bachelor’s degree, two years of long-term care administrator experience, a current state-appropriate Nursing Home Administrator license, and strong organizational, financial, operational, and motivational skills.
