Ennatuurlijk is seeking an experienced Interim OT Team Manager to lead and develop its Operations Technology team within the Strategic Asset Management department. The role will strengthen collaboration, optimize OT management and maintenance processes, improve supplier and service-partner agreements, establish governance and ways of working, and support the future-proofing of the OT organization. The assignment requires an HBO/WO degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field, at least five years of comparable experience in industrial automation or the energy sector, strong Dutch communication skills, and people-management ability. It is a 32–40-hour-per-week contract for services with a market-rate hourly fee and a hybrid work arrangement.
