Description
The Process Assistant manages last-mile department operations by tracking and reporting labor and ATS metrics, allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning duties, coaching associates, maintaining SOPs and work areas, addressing safety hazards, reporting injuries, and providing vacation coverage for Area Managers. The role requires at least six years of experience building, testing, implementing, and validating models in financial services technology, payments, merchant/acquiring, audit/consulting, business software, retail, or online services, along with SQL, big data, and data-management knowledge; a bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, and the position is based in Jerome, Idaho, at $19.00 per hour.
