Description
The Process Assistant manages last-mile delivery department operations by tracking and reporting labor and ATS metrics, allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning duties, coaching associates, maintaining SOP compliance, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring safe and clean work areas. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of Amazon blue-badge or FTE experience, and the ability to work up to 10 hours per day across varying shifts. The position is based in Sacramento, California, with starting pay of 20.75–21.25 USD per hour plus applicable shift differentials.
