Description
Programma Delta is seeking an interim Program Director to lead the Foundation & Insight phase of an organization-wide change initiative focused on identity governance, roles, authority, access management, information security, privacy, compliance, and digital collaboration. The role will establish shared understanding, governance, ownership, insights into roles and authorizations, a target architecture, and principles for next steps, while connecting stakeholders and building support without implementing technical solutions. The assignment is expected to last six months at an average of two days per week, with possible extension into subsequent phases.
