Happy Capital HRM is hiring an experienced recruiter for interim assignments across multiple client organizations. The role involves managing recruitment processes end to end, advising hiring managers, sourcing and interviewing candidates, writing job ads, building talent pools, and improving recruitment strategy and employer branding. The position is based in Haarlem with hybrid work possible when client assignments allow, and offers a 24–40 hour workweek, a seven-month contract with intent to extend, and a monthly gross salary of €3,650–€4,150 based on 40 hours and experience.
