Description
The Interim Store Manager leads a high-velocity retail store and service shop, overseeing guest experience, team leadership, staffing, labor forecasting, visual merchandising, inventory, P&L, service-shop operations, omnichannel fulfillment, community engagement, safety, loss prevention, and seasonal planning. The role is intended for a mid-September through mid-January interim period, with possible extension, and requires at least seven years of diverse-team management experience and five years of complex, multi-channel specialty retail management experience. The base salary is $72,990 to $97,320 per year.
