Description
The Interim Support Services Manager is a temporary full-time position responsible for implementing a holistic care management model for Black male youth in The Hidden Genius Project's Intensive Immersion program. This role involves conducting student and family intake, developing individualized care plans, coordinating services, providing mentorship, and collaborating with various teams to ensure student success, retention, and transition. The manager will also oversee support services operations, manage youth care coordinators, and facilitate events, all while upholding a strengths-based and culturally responsive approach.
