Deck 8 Design Hotel is hiring an interior architect for project development to plan, design, and furnish new hotel premises and manage the controlling and project management of hotel expansions in North Rhine-Westphalia. The role represents the client with authorities and tradespeople, coordinates tenders and quotations, supports on-site supervision and inspections, and monitors defects until commissioning. Candidates should have a degree or training in interior architecture, hotel management, construction, or a related field, experience in hotel fit-outs, strong MS Office and communication skills, and good English.
