AVE is hiring an Interior Design Coordinator to manage interior design projects for an assigned portfolio of multifamily communities, primarily in the Northern New Jersey, Tampa, and White Plains markets. The role coordinates amenity upgrades, property enhancements, furnished-suite standards, staging and styling for photography and video productions, vendor relationships, project schedules and budgets, and community visits. It is a 100% office position in the Greater Philadelphia area with local and nationwide travel, and offers a $55,000-$65,000 annual base salary plus bonus potential and benefits.
