Description
The Interior Design Lead serves as the firm’s primary interior design resource, leading assigned projects through programming, space planning, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. The role manages scope, budgets, schedules, resources, deliverables, multidisciplinary coordination, quality standards, staff development, and business development while partnering with project managers, architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and vendors. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or interior architecture, at least five years of progressively responsible interior design experience, two years of project management experience, Revit proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills.
