The Interior Design Purchasing Assistant supports the design team by generating purchase orders, tracking shipments, reviewing and approving invoices, reconciling credit-card charges, maintaining E-Builder records, and coordinating with construction and accounting departments. The role requires at least two years of related experience, knowledge of procurement and accounts-payable processes, and a business or accounting degree is preferred.
