The role develops material and finish palettes, 3D renderings, presentation drawings, FF&E selections, technical documentation, and constructable design solutions; coordinates with project managers and integrated design teams; maintains schedules and budgets; leads client interactions and presentations; and supports BIM, QA/QC, clash detection, and construction administration. The position requires at least six years of professional interior design experience, an undergraduate degree in Interior Design, pursuit of professional licensure, and proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and A/E/I/P software.
