Required Previous Experiences: 3 years of professional experience in interior design

applies appropriate products, materials, and FF&E aligned with sustainability goals, and creates graphic presentations
attends site walks and Construction Administration meetings, sharing lessons learned to improve project coordination
leads collaboration within the project team, generating and communicating design ideas and solutions
ensures BIM standards are applied, oversees QA/QC procedures, and resolves clash detection issues
manages time effectively and aligns construction/material costs with project budgets
