Description
The Intermediate Designer supports the design development, documentation, coordination, and delivery of interior environments within HLW’s New York Interiors Studio. The role contributes to space planning, material research, construction documentation, consultant coordination, client presentations, and construction administration while working under the guidance of senior design and project leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field, 5–10 years of professional experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with three onsite days per week and a salary range of $80,000–$115,000.
