BelForm is hiring a permanent Interior Fit-Out Project Manager in Munich to manage hotel-style interior fit-out projects from kickoff through handover. The role oversees budgets, schedules, quality, procurement, subcontractor coordination, change orders, customer communication, and project controls for projects of €0.8–€3.0 million, with a hybrid arrangement of approximately three office days and one to two remote days per week, plus about 20 days of travel annually. Candidates should have a relevant degree or completed training, several years of property fit-out project management experience, experience managing multiple trades, strong cost and quality awareness, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
