Description
Intermarché is recruiting an apprentice Fishmonger and Shellfish Preparation to work in one of its stores. The role involves preparing fish and shellfish, presenting products for sale, maintaining traceability, labeling, quality, and hygiene standards, preparing customer orders, and advising customers. The apprentice will be supervised by a mentor, complete a two-year CAP in Fishmongering and Shellfish Preparation with partner CFA training centers, receive full training-cost coverage, and be compensated under an apprenticeship contract.
