UPS is hiring an Intermediate Applications Developer in Chennai for a full-time hybrid role focused on developing and maintaining Java Spring Boot RESTful web services and microservices for the UPS Track Alert API. The role covers cloud-native development on OpenShift, Azure Kubernetes Service, GCP, and OCP4; CI/CD and deployment with Azure DevOps and ArgoCD; testing and code quality; and collaboration within SAFe Agile ceremonies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, client and server-side web service development experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and preferably exposure to containerization and software vulnerability tools.
