Arquitectonica is hiring an Intermediate Architect for its New York office to work on luxury residential, office, hospitality, and mixed-use or retail projects. The role covers architectural design, documentation, construction documents, detail sketches, revisions, coordination with consultants, program analysis, space planning, and project meetings. Candidates need an accredited architecture degree, at least five years of post-graduate experience, proficiency with Revit and BIM360, experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects, and licensure or ARE progress with licensure expected within two years. The position is full-time, exempt, based in New York, and does not offer remote work or relocation assistance.
