Bailey Information Technology, LLC is staffing a full-time Intermediate AV/VTC Specialist for EEOC's headquarters in Washington, DC, with occasional travel to field offices. The role provides intermediate operational support for enterprise audiovisual and video teleconferencing systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting, endpoint and control-system configuration, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Poly RealPresence support, live and virtual event production, recording and streaming, maintenance, firmware updates, and documentation. The position requires at least six years of experience supporting an environment similar to EEOC's, a full-field five-year employment background investigation, and Public Trust suitability.
