Platform45 is hiring a full-time Intermediate Back-End Developer (Ruby on Rails) for its Operations & Delivery department. The role involves designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and documenting software solutions; collaborating with architects, product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers; conducting code reviews; troubleshooting bugs; managing project tasks and timelines; and contributing to process improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent self-taught development skills, at least three years of software development experience with Ruby on Rails, database and API experience, Git proficiency, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
