Quest, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facility Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of an ICF/ID residential program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The role leads client care, staff management, regulatory compliance, facility safety, risk management, emergency preparedness, vendor and operational management, and budget performance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant experience or a high school diploma with at least five years of related experience, plus supervisory experience and Florida driver's license and transportation requirements.
