Exposant 3 is hiring an Intermediate Change Management Advisor to support large-scale technology-sector projects by developing and implementing change management strategies, analyzing human impacts, managing stakeholder and communication plans, facilitating workshops, coordinating training and familiarization activities, and evaluating change adoption. The role requires a bachelor's degree, three to five years of professional change management experience, at least two completed change management assignments, strong synthesis and communication skills, and demonstrated use of at least two change management support strategies.
