Arcadis is hiring a Civil Engineer for a Project Manager development track focused on land development projects. The role combines technical leadership in grading, servicing, stormwater management, approvals, and construction with progressive development of client, financial, scheduling, business development, and team leadership skills. Candidates must have a civil engineering degree, Ontario P.Eng. licensure or a clear path toward it, and 5–8 years of relevant land development consulting experience. The position pays $80,000–$120,000 in base salary.
