Description

MDOTM is hiring a full-time Intermediate DevOps Engineer for its Platform Team to support and automate the infrastructure and tools used by product teams for its AI-driven investment platform. The role covers CI/CD pipelines, Terraform and Ansible infrastructure as code, Docker and Kubernetes, monitoring and logging, security automation, database infrastructure, platform service operations, and DevOps culture. Candidates need 1–3 years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience, along with hands-on CI/CD, containerization, scripting, and infrastructure experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 1–3 years of professional experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role focused on automation, infrastructure, and CI/CD
Hands-on experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines
Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including Dockerfiles and containerized application debugging
Familiarity with Terraform or Ansible infrastructure as code tools
Experience with monitoring, logging, or alerting systems and SRE principles
Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or Bash for automation
Basic understanding of security best practices in the software development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with event-driven systems such as ActiveMQ
Contributions to open-source projects
Familiarity with backend development concepts such as Java or Spring Boot
Working knowledge of AWS fundamentals including EC2, S3, and IAM
