BESTECH, operating as Spencer Engineering, is hiring a full-time Intermediate Electrical Technician/Technologist for its Mine Hoist Division. The role combines office-based electrical design and drafting with hands-on field work, including site visits, data collection, verification, commissioning support, QA/QC, documentation, and client coordination. The position requires a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technician/Technology or a related field, at least four years of related experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and the ability to travel to client sites throughout North America approximately 25% of the time. Compensation is $70,000 to $120,000 CAD per year, with employer-paid benefits, RRSP matching, profit sharing, paid vacation, and wellness days.
