Description
BPL is hiring an Intermediate Enclosure Consultant for its growing Minneapolis, Minnesota practice. The role prepares budgets and proposals, reviews construction documents, evaluates existing buildings, develops repair designs, prepares technical reports, attends project meetings, conducts field observations and quality assessments, performs ASTM and AAMA testing, and mentors staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience, plus at least five years of design or construction-related experience. The position may require travel outside the Minneapolis metro area, and the estimated pay range for candidates in Minnesota, Denver, and Washington is $90,000 to $130,000.
