Description
BPL is hiring an Intermediate Enclosure Consultant for its Denver, Colorado practice. The role prepares budgets and proposals, reviews construction documents, evaluates existing buildings, develops repair designs, prepares technical reports, attends project meetings, conducts field observations and quality assessments, performs ASTM and AAMA testing, and mentors staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience, plus at least five years of design or construction-related experience. The position may require travel outside the Denver metro area and offers an estimated annual salary of $90,000 to $130,000 for candidates in Minnesota, Denver, and Washington.
