Stantec is hiring an intermediate Environmental Planner/Project Manager for its Assessment and Permitting team within the Environmental Services practice, focusing on the Oil and Gas sector. The role manages environmental assessment and permitting projects, coordinates with clients, regulatory agencies, Indigenous communities, and the public, prepares proposals and reports, conducts desktop studies, and develops consultation programs. Candidates need a relevant university degree or post-undergraduate college diploma and 5–10 years of experience in environmental program and project development, implementation, and management, including environmental impact assessments, compliance, and permit acquisition. Consulting experience with Ontario Energy Board environmental guidelines and professional designation membership are preferred.
