Description
WSP is hiring an Intermediate Highway Designer/Engineer for its Ontario Highway Design Team in Mississauga, Ottawa, or Thornhill. The role leads highway and drainage design, conducts field assessments, prepares alignments and cost estimates, coordinates with other disciplines, supports proposals, reviews designs, and mentors junior team members. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or diploma, 5–10 years of highway or roadway design experience, and knowledge of Ontario environmental standards; OpenRoads, MTO CPS/HICO, BIM, and design-build/P3 experience are assets. Compensation ranges from $76,300 to $113,500 depending on the province.
