Paracel Laboratories is hiring an Intermediate Laboratory Analyst for its Organics Department in Ottawa. The role is on-site and involves supporting organic environmental testing, meeting analysis turnaround times, maintaining QA/QC compliance, troubleshooting GC and GC-MS systems, investigating non-conformances, and assisting with research projects. The position requires a B.Sc. or higher in Chemistry or a related field, at least two years of related work experience, environmental testing and ISO 17025 experience, and expertise with purge-and-trap, GC-MS, GC-FID, method development, and LIMSS. Compensation is $50,000–$60,000 annually, with health and dental benefits and additional employee programs.
