Intermediate Lean Construction Advisor at TEHORA

TEHORA is seeking an Intermediate LEAN Construction Advisor to support construction site management teams in applying LEAN Construction principles and the Last Planner methodology. The role involves integrating daily management tools, supporting Pareto analysis, opportunity matrices, waste reduction, root-cause analysis, internal resource development, and change management. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 6 to 10 years of construction site management or continuous improvement experience, knowledge of LEAN and Last Planner principles, major construction project experience, relevant tool proficiency, and French proficiency. The work location may be remote or at a client’s premises, with flexible schedules and a career path.
