RaceRocks is hiring a mid-level Learning Designer for a full-time contract role in a remote-first Canadian workplace. The role designs and develops online, blended, and distance learning experiences for defence, aerospace, and marine clients, from needs analysis and curriculum updates through courseware development, testing, and LMS deployment. The designer will collaborate with SMEs, artists, project managers, and other learning professionals, using tools such as Articulate 360, Office 365, Slack, Jira, and learning management systems. Compensation is $58,990.96–$73,738.70, with extended health, dental, vision, vacation, paid holidays, stock options, and work-from-home equipment benefits.
