Intermediate/Multi Track File Handler at Davies

Keoghs' Retail Team is recruiting an Intermediate / Multi Track File Handler to manage a caseload of non-delegated Intermediate and Multi Track Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims. The role involves developing case strategies, gathering evidence, using case management systems, drafting legal documents, attending court and settlement proceedings, meeting performance targets, and collaborating with colleagues and clients. Candidates must have experience handling EL and PL claims, legal and litigation experience, mentoring or supervisory experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
