CI Financial is hiring a Mid-Level Observability Engineer to build, maintain, and enhance enterprise monitoring and observability across cloud and hybrid environments. The role focuses on Dynatrace and AWS CloudWatch implementations, application and infrastructure onboarding, dashboard and alert development, incident triage, distributed tracing, instrumentation, and operational reporting. It requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, hands-on Dynatrace and AWS knowledge, scripting or automation skills, and familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation. The position offers a base salary of $69,500 to $110,000, bonus eligibility, and health insurance coverage.
