WSP is hiring an Intermediate Project Controller / PCO for its Project Services – Project Cost Control group in a Quebec office. The role manages project performance by controlling budgets, committed costs, and estimates at completion; applying Earned Value Management; analyzing physical progress, variances, forecasts, risks, and opportunities; supporting change management; maintaining control data; and collaborating with project managers, planners, and technical teams. The position requires 5 to 9 years of project control or project cost control experience, EVM knowledge, strong Excel skills, bilingual English-French ability, and familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Power BI, or InEight. Compensation for Quebec is $69,900 to $92,900, and the role is hybrid.
