WSP is hiring an Intermediate Project Controls Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia to support the planning, monitoring, forecasting, and performance management of engineering and infrastructure projects. The role involves schedule and cost management, budget and expenditure monitoring, forecasting, earned-value analysis, reporting, risk and change management, and stakeholder collaboration. Candidates need a relevant diploma or degree, 4–8 years of progressive project or cost controls experience, proficiency with Oracle Financial tools, Excel, forecasting, and financial analysis, and experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6. Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish proficiency are required.
